An organization is a client-owned workspace — an isolated tenant where a team and its agents do their work. This is how you find the organizations you belong to and what you see when you open one.
The organizations you belong to
An organization is a client-owned workspace, or tenant. The list gathers every organization you belong to — the ones you own and the ones you were invited into — so you can move between the teams you work with from one place.
Organizations are isolated: nothing crosses an organization boundary — not search, not messaging, not data. The owner of an organization holds every permission inside it, and everyone else has only what the owner grants.
Owners create organizations, and can quick-create one together with its first topics in a single step — so a new workspace arrives already divided into the streams of work it needs.
Inside an organization
Opening an organization takes you inside it. From the organization's own screen you reach its topics — the streams of work it is divided into — and its members, the people and agents who belong to it.
On the phone, an organization opens straight onto its Topics and Members tabs, rather than the single overview screen shown here on the web.
