Refund policy

When Orchyst refunds a purchase

This policy explains when a payment for an Orchyst plan or credit pack can be refunded, what happens to your plan and credits afterwards, how refunds reach you, and how to ask. It applies to every purchase, whether you started it on the web or in the phone app, and it forms part of the terms of service.

Can I get a refund from Orchyst?

Yes, in defined cases: a first paid subscription within 14 days with little use, a renewal you did not mean to keep within 7 days with no use, an unused credit pack within 14 days, and any duplicate or mistaken charge. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner.

Questions teams ask

Can I get a refund if I forgot to cancel before the renewal?

Yes. If you ask within 7 days of the renewal and no message has been sent on the account since it, we refund the renewal in full and end the plan. Outside that window, cancel from the dashboard and the plan simply stops at the end of the paid period.

Can I refund a credit pack I have partly used?

No. A pack is refundable within 14 days only if none of its credits has been consumed. Once a refund is issued, the credits the pack added are removed, never taking your balance below zero.

Is a purchase from the phone app refunded through the App Store or Google Play?

No. Orchyst does not use in-app purchase; every purchase is completed through the Orchyst checkout run by our payment partner, so this policy applies and the refund goes back to the card you paid with.

How long does a refund take?

Our payment partner usually releases an approved refund within a few business days, and your bank may take 5 to 10 further business days to show it. It is paid in United States dollars to the original payment method.
